Terms and Conditions by Working with Elle Phillips Design, inc.

If you would like a freelance graphic or web design quote, please feel free to contact us and we’ll make every effort to respond to you within 24 hours. The more detailed information you can provide to us about a specific project, the more accurately we will be able to estimate your cost.

We keep time sheets for all projects and jobs. Once completed, or as otherwise agreed to between us, we will email your invoice to you with payment due in 30 days. Payment by check is preferred, however if you wish to pay by credit card we will be happy to send your invoice via PayPal with an additional 3.2% processing fee. Once payment has been received all rights to the completed project design and/or photography becomes yours, unless otherwise specified.

PLEASE NOTE: In our designs we will not use images or designs that you do not own the rights to. We always strive to maintain the highest ethical standards and will not knowingly infringe on anyone’s designs or copyrighted works. If stock photography needs to be purchased in order to complete a graphic design project, please contact us for details.

By retaining our services for the scope of work agreed upon, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms and conditions unless otherwise specified in writing. Should you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to ask! It is always our goal to meet the specific graphic design and photography needs of our clients.
